Customer relationships and sales Design concept
Jusoor Business
An Arabic sales workspace organizing companies, opportunities, proposals and follow-up tasks for a Kuwaiti business-services team.
We designed Jusoor Business for a Kuwaiti sales team working with companies in Sharq, Shuwaikh and Hawalli. The interface opens with a clear opportunity, a follow-up date and an accountable owner.

01 / The project challenge
The project challenge
The sales brief described opportunities arriving by phone, continuing in messages and receiving proposals as separate files. A returning client meant searching for the latest price and decision-maker before the conversation could continue. Sending a proposal could also make an opportunity appear close to completion even when the scope or decision date remained unclear. We separated company information from individual opportunities and defined stages through actions the team could recognize, keeping the blocker and next task visible.
02 / The solution we designed
The solution we designed
A company record connects people, contact methods and opportunities. The pipeline focuses on the next action rather than decorative success metrics. Uploading a file does not automatically move an opportunity into negotiation. The deal page combines the KWD amount, validity date, current proposal version and follow-up owner. Activity history remains separate from assigned tasks so past events and future responsibilities do not blur. Arabic search supports company names, contacts and opportunity identifiers.
03 / The experience
The experience
A salesperson opens Al Madar’s Shuwaikh opportunity: a KWD 1,250 service proposal and a Tuesday follow-up. They review version two and the client’s question about support scope before recording the call. A clarification task is assigned while the opportunity stays in the proposal stage until negotiation is confirmed. A colleague taking over can see owners, files and earlier appointments in the same record, without rebuilding the conversation or guessing why the decision has stalled.

Deep purple and a light background give Jusoor Business a practical, approachable identity. Arabic tabs distinguish companies from opportunities. Pipeline cards show value, owner and next action; dated activity appears in the review page while open tasks remain above supporting files. The manager can review the team’s pipeline, and the salesperson can focus on one deal without turning every call into an administrative report.
